Status: root archive for superseded docs kept outside the active folder hubs.
This folder is for older notes that have been replaced or absorbed into a canonical subfolder hub.
H2Folder rule
- Keep historical copies here rather than deleting them.
- Prefer moving replaced notes into the matching domain archive when a better subfolder exists.
- Leave this folder as a safety net for older root-level notes.
