LOCAL COOPERATIVE · GRANADA, SPAIN · FOUNDER & DEVELOPER
Hi, I’m Z.
Self-taught developer with over a decade of hands-on coding, and more than twenty years inside small businesses and service operations. I learned software by solving real problems — commissioning systems for my own work, hitting their limits, and then learning to fix, extend, and rebuild them until they actually worked in real conditions.
That cycle of building, breaking, and improving shapes how I work today: start from real workflows, remove friction, and design systems that stay clear, reliable, and adaptable over time.
Today my work spans three interlocking areas: Google Workspace automation for operational pipelines, full-stack and backend services for production systems, and AI-enriched workflows for strategic acceleration across any business layer. I use AI deliberately — not for “vibe coding”, but to build clean, long-term architecture from the start, faster.
AL-ANDALUS EXPERIENCE · EST. 2006
From local concerns to global outreach.
What began as a solo practice twenty years ago has grown into a cooperative network built around independent businesses, sustainable tourism, and digital literacy. Under the parent brand Al-Andalus Experience, we work across three areas: the Molino⺢Practice studio for coaching and skill transmission, our tourism service gateway for travel and experiences, and a development practice for custom software and automation.
The studio is inspired by Calle Molinos, an urban street in Granada where old water mills once ground grain along the acequia, moved day and night by fresh mountain water. We treat knowledge, skill, and craft as something lived, practiced, and passed on. This is the traditional wisdom we carry into today’s digital world.
Human First® by Design — tools are tools, systems are mechanical layers to help us reach goals without losing clarity. Whether your challenge is information overload, fragmented tools, or fragile workflows, we design systems that remove busywork and return time to you and your team.
